Anyone received the new Birthday Charm?

DD will have a BD soon, I called AG to see if the birthday charm they send would be the same as the birthday charm they gave away with a code earlier last year, I think marking the Club BD.

AG said there was a new Birthday charm she would get. Her bd is Jan31, so I need to use the free bd charm code before that date right? I sure don't need another of the same charm tho.

I got it. I'm going to give it to dd for her BD next month. It's cute. It's a little blue cake with I think something else hanging from it? Not sure, it's in hiding in the closet. [img]smile.gif[/img]

There's a new Club birthday charm? The one we got, a month or so ago is the one that is on the website-with the green plate, white cake and blue icing. We got them by purchasing an item and using a club code to get the charm free. I ordered a ss book so that shipping would only be $.99.

Aunt Cornelia, would you check? I have several of the ones that O Susannah described but if they are sending a different style I want to be sure to get it.
The sticker on the charm bag is CCHB.

O Susannah, when I called AG and asked if she would be sent the one posted on the site they made it sound like a new one would be out for this year and she will get that newer version.

Like you, I made a small purchase just to get the charm, hey it was free.

Hi Mary!

Ok, here's what it is. It is really cute, although I don't know what the other one looked like. The one I received just a couple of weeks ago is a white cake with blue frosting dripping down over the top of each of the two layers of cake. The plate at the bottom is green and says Happy Birthday (I think...it's very small print [img]redface.gif[/img] )

The weird thing is that it has two code stickers on the back. The one on the top is the same as the one you have...CCHB, but the one underneath it says CCHC2. So, who knows? Does this one look like the one you have?

Thanks Aunt Cornelia, yes that is the same bd charm the club has had and was free for a while to club members with a purchase. I think it was for the anniversary of the club, it is such a cute charm. I guess I was really hoping for a new version of the birthday charm, sounded like a good idea.
I may just make a small purchase and see what I get.
